creaminess and lime. citrus on the nose. very heavy cream. like a panna cotta. not as sweet as you would expect it to be. nice balanced acidity and loooong finish.

Hi, my real first name is Ron but my mom would always say "Your late!" and my AFB buddies called me "Meathead" so, that's why my name is "Late Meathead". I thought u where kidding about last name but I guess not. But in an argument a person could say "Your Ronga" and "I'm Righta"!!

I read your review of the Salomon Riesling, glad you liked it! I work with the Austrian Wine Board and just picked up a bottle of the Salomon the other day. We are having an Austrian Tasting in NY on May 5th, might be some good wines for you there!

Good for you Constance. Filling it is alot of fun. Remember your everyday vs short/med/long term cellaring ratios and your whites vs reds. I made that mistake when I first started mine and delayed the quality of what I was doing by a good 12-18 months. Paul
